A very long, narrow country garden is mainly laid to lawn surrounded by beautiful mature trees with views over the surrounding landscape. The clients want to break-up garden creating areas of interest and stop-off points for relaxation and contemplation. The planting will be fresh and contemporary closer to the house with a more naturalistic feel further down the garden. The second half of the garden shall include a contemporary garden building, area for entertaining and a swimming pool. The challenge is to incorporate these structural elements into a country garden setting in a way that will work with and complement the naturalistic feel of the garden.
